Hey guys,
I had been collecting the timeline of the game consoles, and here is the research I have. I think it might be useful for your pullout too.
1967 - First gameconsolem, "The Brown Box"
German-born television engineer Ralph Baer and his coworkers design the first video-game consoles that works on a stardar televisin. After drwing up schematics ofr what he called a "chase game", Baer and his colleageus at the electronics firm of Sanders Associates build a vacuum-tube circuit that connects to a tlivision nd allows players to control two squares chsing each other on the screen. The team eventually adds a light gun and develops a total of 1 games for what becomes known as the Brown Box.

1972 - Odyssey
After Baer's team presents their Brown Box prototype to Magnavox, the company begins prouction of the Magnavo Odyssey, the fist commercial video-game console. The system is marketexd in Magnavox TV dealerships beginning in 1972 and uses six cariges to play up to 12 games featuring dots and lines on the screen. The Odyssey's novelty is part of its downfll, as many TV dealers fail to see its potenti and a false rumor tha the system only works on Mgnavox TVs hurts its popularity.
